According to Etsy, the bees are hot. Whether you choose artwork, wallpaper or a drawer knob with a bee motif, your home is guaranteed to be adorable. “Etsy’s buying trends have shown that buyers are much more environmentally friendly as a whole, so it’s not surprising that the motif has made its way into our design,” says Isom Johnson. “Bees serve as a conversation starter and a fun way to integrate nature into our decor.”
Beach vacations may not be on your calendar, so seashell decorative items are the next best thing. “When considering the seashell trend, throw out the idea of full nautical themes and consider adding accents with the shape like cushions, lamps or wall mirrors,” says Isom Johnson.

Go back in time with prints of retro-style sunsets that can add spice to a living room, bedroom or home office. “With winks to 70s and mid-century design, the trend of retro sunsets confirms that the inspiration of past decades and nature is here to stay,” says Isom Johnson.

“The trend of” old accents “is inspired by the decor that we find in Rome and Greece of the old world – from columns to statues including busts – and emerges everywhere from wall art to planters”, explains Isom Johnson. The search for old-world accents, which blend well with contemporary pieces, has increased by 47% on Etsy.
