WWe enjoy our Thanksgiving leftovers here, and you? My daughter Courtney made this homemade Thanksgiving pie and I hope we have some left over, but alas, we finished it last night! She used the same vegan gluten-free apple pie recipe that she has used in the past (click here for the recipe) with these letter cutouts and leaf cutters similar to these. You should all get there – it’s very delicious!
