When you’ve been around for 100 years, you can celebrate yourself, and that’s just what Powermatic is doing. Throughout 2021 they will release seven instruments to commemorate their centennial. The first novelties this spring will be the special editions of the Jointer 54H, the 15HH planer, the PWBS-14CS band saw and the PM1300XT dust collector. Each of these tools will feature a black and gold stripe paint scheme. Additionally, there will be rewards bundled with each Powermatic commemorative instrument.

Later, in the fall, Powermatic will also release commemorative editions of the PM2820EVS drill press, PM1000 table saw and 3520C wood lathe.

“At Powermatic, we are proud of our 100 years of experience as a leading manufacturer of woodworking machinery,” said Tobias Bridges, Director of Product Management – Woodworking. “We are diligent in applying that experience and expertise to every new product we develop. Product quality, durability and innovation remain key in everything we do to help carpenters create and shape their dream projects. Woodworking professionals and hobbyists depend on Powermatic, and it is that level of reliability and support they have come to expect from “The Gold Standard”.
