In response to this growth, we are building a world class leadership team and today we are delighted to announce that Darren Goode has joined Zumper as Senior Marketing Director. Darren will focus on helping us speed up plans to achieve our mission – to make renting an apartment as easy as booking a hotel.
A passionate marketer, Darren brings with him over 25 years of global marketing and advertising experience in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Darren has extensive experience building disruptive and emotional brands, scaling businesses, driving profitable growth, and building successful teams. He will be responsible for building an unrivaled marketing organization bringing together brand, creation, content, communications, product marketing and customer insights.

Most recently, Darren was President, Marketing and Sales Director at London-based Elvie, where he was instrumental in building the brand from a start-up to one of the women’s health tech companies. the most dynamic and exciting in the world. During her tenure Elvie won several marketing awards including Top 30 Breakthrough Brands from Interbrand and Elvie Pump was chosen as Time Magazine’s Best Invention of 2019 because it disrupted the outdated category of breast pumps. At Elvie, Darren also helped raise $ 42 million in venture capital, the largest ever for a female tech brand.
Previously, Darren held several senior marketing and general management roles at Apple, L’Oréal, P&G, Paramount Pictures and Babylon Health. At Apple, Darren was Director of Europe for iTunes, where he oversaw operations in 38 countries from 2013 to 2016.
Darren has an MBA in Marketing and Finance and plans to move from London to California later this year.
